The mainstay of every FurJAM event, the Barbeque will be held on Saturday at Cahill Park, right on Cooks River and just over from Wolli Creek Station for those of you who love trains!

The Saturday Barbeque is a great event to just chill out, enjoy a sausage and interact with the many other furs that will be enjoying the JAM as well. Games will be played, art will be drawn and fun will be had in a safe and family-friendly environment welcome to all fuzzies!

Saturday night will be located at the Novotel International Airport (which is actually just in Wolli Creek), conveniently right next to the park. Please be sure to take yourself out for dinner beforehand (with friends or on a romantic date with yourself)! This is a fursuit friendly event and there will be a headless lounge separate from the dance area.

Feel like doing a bit more than lazing in bed on a Sunday morning? There are sure to be many events organised by other furs, be they local or abroad, that you can join in with.

Sunday is a day to chill out, so even if you aren’t interested in going to the events organised by your peers, you could even make something for yourself and simply enjoy your time here in Sydney.

Please note that if you do plan to go out (especially in-suit) you’ll be in a public space - while we’re open to the various wonders of the fandom, the general public may not be, so use your common sense to decide whether or not your behaviour is suitable.

Please note also that there are limited numbers for some of these events, so first in best dressed. All events except for the Bar are run as FurJAM affiliates, so please refer to the stated contact who is the event organiser for each event.

And so the fun ends yet again as FurJAM 2024 draws to a close. Why not come celebrate one last time at The Palace Hotel over a drink and a good feed, making the most of our time left before we all return to our daily lives.
